We are equiped with folowing machines:
- MAZAK Intergex 200 III ST multitask machine for turning, milling, coordinate drilling, toothing. It has ability to make parts with diameter up to 600mm and 750mm long. It has ability of simultaneous processing in 5 working axis. It is combination of a high-powered turning center and a full-function machining center to produce parts in a single setup. It works to eliminate multiple setups, fixtures, tools, handling and waiting time, which simply add to your manufacturing costs.
- HURCO TM8 - slant-bed turning center for producing parts with maximum cutting diameter of 310mm and maximum cutting length of 450mm.
- HURCO machining center VMX24 - numerical machining center that works with fowoing X, Y, Z axis travels:
X axis 610mm
Z axis 610mm
Y axis 510mm
- Universal Lapping Machine for outside and inside lapping - ability for lapping safts up to 1000mm long
- Copying Lapping Machine for outside lapping - ability for lapping safts up to 400mm long
- Flat Lapping Machine - lapping parts up to 350mm long
- Universal Lathers - working length up to 1500mm and diameter 480mm
- Universal Milling Machine - working length up to 700mm
- LORENZ Gear Hobbing Machine - for outside and inside gear hobbing for up to 6 modules
- PFAUTER Gear Hobbing Machine - for outside and inside gear hobbing for up to 8 modules and diameter of 450mm
- Horizontal Gear Hobbing Machine - for outside and inside gear hobbing with length of 600mm for up to 8 modules and with diameter of 250mm
